Career guidance, teacher wellbeing, and workforce planning are still largely run on intuition inside public systems not because the will is missing, but because the instruments to measure human potential at scale haven't reached them.
Brainberg exists to close that gap. We bring scientifically validated psychometric instruments, NEP 2020–aligned training architecture, and Indian-psychology-rooted R&D to government partners built to work within the realities of public administration: large populations, limited time per citizen, and the need for outcomes that can be reported up the chain.

Psychometric career profiling and workforce-readiness assessment deployed across schools, districts, and state systems adapted from Mission Margdarshan and Lakshya for government scale, with dashboards built for administrative oversight rather than individual schools alone.
Track 02
Educator & Frontline Capacity Building
Train-the-trainer programmes that convert teachers and counsellors into a certified delivery network. Brainberg has trained 40,000+ educators across a state-level programme to deliver career counselling directly in classrooms turning a one-time intervention into standing institutional capacity.
Track 03
R&D & Policy Advocacy
Joint research with public institutions to build assessment frameworks rooted in Indian psychology and behavioural science, and advisory support for departments shaping policy on workforce readiness, student wellbeing, and human capital measurement.

Built a dedicated psychometric assessment framework for AWPO, supporting placement and career-transition decisions for ex-servicemen and their dependents.

40,000+ teachers trained as certified career counsellors across a state-wide programme converting a policy mandate into a standing classroom-delivery network.

All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) & Ministry of AYUSH
An MOU with AIIA, New Delhi, for joint R&D on a psychometric personality assessment built on the Panch Mahabhuta theory of Ayurveda — feeding directly into Brainberg.
